NOTE: We ask our Customers to check the merchandise after delivery to ensure it arrived in good condition. Any anomaly in the packaging must be recorded on the transport note with the following comment: PENDING VERIFICATION – DEFECTIVE PACKAGING – TIME AND DATE OF RECEIPT.

If there is a complaint, you must take a photo of the packaging/item and send it by email to geral@installcab.pt within the first 12 hours after delivery indicating the non-conformity and the order number.

If this information is not included on the delivery note, the carrier is not responsible for possible damages, as the damage may have occurred in the house/establishment or in another transport.

Our shipments are covered by insurance. If there are defects caused during transport, it will only be possible to accept your claim for physical damage if it is made within the deadline.
